EYE TEST
A very shy guy goes into a bar and sees a beautiful woman sitting at the other end.
After an hour of
gathering up his courage he finally walks over to her and asks, "Um, would you mind if
I chatted with you for a while?"
To which she responds by yelling, at the top of her lungs,
"No, I won't sleep with you tonight!"
By now, everyone in the entire bar is staring at them. Naturally, the guy
is hopelessly and completely embarrassed and he slinks back to his table.
After a few minutes, the woman walks over to him and apologizes. She smiles at him and says,
"I'm sorry if I embarrassed you. You see, I'm a graduate student in psychology and I'm studying how
people respond to embarrassing situations."
To which he responds, at the top of his lungs, "What do you mean $200!"

A pastor's wife was expecting a baby, so he stood before the congregation and asked for a raise. After much discussion,
they passed a rule that whenever the preacher's family expanded, so would his paycheck.
Over the years after 6 children had been born, this started to get expensive and the congregation decided to hold another meeting to discuss the
preacher's steady expanding salary.
A great deal of yelling and inner bickering ensued, as to how much the clergyman's additional
children were costing the church, and how much more it could potentially cost.
After listening to them for about an hour, the pastor rose from his chair and spoke, 'Children are a gift from God, and we
must accept as many gifts as He gives us'.
Silence fell on the congregation.
In the back pew, a little old lady struggled to stand, and finally said in her frail voice, 'Rain is also a gift from God,
but when we get too much of it, we wear rubbers.'
The entire congregation said, 'Amen.'
